Asanas – TriDosha Balancing Series
Gentle but firm movements, along with efficient breathing to culture wholesome relaxation and build a spiritual identity through meditation. All tensions are being released to maintain and establish health on all levels.
The Tri-Dosha Balancing āsana series are essentially taken from the Rg Veda.
In ancient times precisely calculated, these āsanas balance the prana flow, your innate life force energy. By balancing prana, inner and outer blockages are being identified and released.
TriDosha Yoga teaches subconscious relaxation. In meditation, the continuos experience of your intuitive Self leads you to spiritual maturity.
As you develop a spiritual identity, you flow towards a loved fulfilled life and absolute personal freedom.
The āsanas are exercised gently but firmly according to one’s own flexibility. With regular practice you integrate this serenity into all day life and subsequently transcend to a wholesome perspective of yourself and your environment.
Subsequent to an alignment practice, focus is on the internal system and its optimization through breath.
Combination and regularity of these classes is recommended to build strength and flexibility, and to instill subtle awareness and balance in life.
Each class is open to beginners, as well as advanced practitioners who would like to step further into a meditative experience. (Some classes are pre- and postnatal suitable)
