What is “TriDosha Balancing”?Was ist “TriDosha Balancierung”?“TriDosha Dengeleme” nedir?

The TriDosha Balancing Asana Series is an integrative practice of the Traditional Tantra Yoga system taught at Shri Kali Ashram in Goa, India. The asanas are gentle, yet firm and challenging, leading one to a practice beyond competition and physical appearance but into a meditative experience of one’s True Self. Kaula (Tantra) Yoga teaches subconscious relaxation. With regular practice you integrate this serenity into all day life and subsequently transcend to a wholesome perspective of yourself and your environment. As you develop a spiritual identity, you flow towards a loved fulfilled life and absolute personal freedom.

“In Ayurveda, der “Wissenschaft vom Leben”, wird die Gesundheit des Menschen anhand seiner “Dosha” Konstitution gemessen und behandelt. Die 5 Elemente, Äther, Luft, Feuer, Wasser und Erde, manifestieren sich im menschlichen Körper als 3 Grundprinzipien, den Tridosha. Diese werden als Vatta, Pitta und Kapha bezeichnet. Alle biologischen, psychologischen und physio-pathologischen Funktionen des Körpers, Verstandes und Bewusstseins werden von den Tridoshas bestimmt. Die meisten Krankheiten sind auf ein Ungleichgewicht der Tridoshas zurückzuführen.
Ein ausgeglichenes Verhältnis der Tridoshas ist demnach notwendig, um ein ganzheitlich gesundes, glückliches und langes Leben zu geniessen. Dabei ist traditionelles Yoga wichtiger Bestandteil, um auf natürliche und präventive Weise dieses Gleichgewicht eigens wieder herzustellen bzw. aufrecht zu erhalten. Yoga führt zum Ursprung natürlicher Gelassenheit und hat somit auch heilende Wirkung. Regelmässige Praxis balanciert sowohl den Hormonhaushalt (z.B. PMS, Wechseljahre etc.) als auch die Stoffwechsel und schützt vor diversen Anfälligkeiten, insbesondere vor Stress und stressbezogenen Symptomen, u.a. Bluthochdruck, Diabetes, Asthma, Übergewicht, oder auch depressiven Verstimmungen, aber auch vor anderen psychologisch bedingten Krankheiten.

“Namaste! Her şeyden önce şunu itiraf etmeliyim ki, yogaya başlamak gerçekten hayatımı derinden etkileyen bir süreç oldu. Değişik yoga türlerini içeren derslere katıldım. Ayurvedic Walking Massage Having always been a fan of firm and deep tissue massages, this Ayurvedic whole body massage, which I learned while studying Yoga and Tantra in India, has been my favorite of all kinds. People of various cultures all throughout the world practice a similar kind of massage. It is truly a unique, relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Feet and hands are used to apply controlled pressure and strokes on accupressure points throughout your body. These noticeable points and their effectiveness is that they work by stimulating the nadi system (energy channels) to bring immediate relief by rebalancing your prana (whole energy flow). This stimulation enhances circulation and flexibility, keeping your body supple and strong. The body’s toxin’s and lymphatic waste is massaged away, which helps to maintain elasticity of fiber muscles.

For Yogis, a good routine of massage is important to maintain this suppleness of the body in order to proceed in yoga asanas.

Of course, massage is also most supportive in maintaining a positive mood and healthy vitality. If you are physically or mentally stressed, you cannot naturally relax. Massage gives you an immediate release from stress. Though to prolong this relaxation and prevent physical and mental tensions to build up in the first place, you must practice and integrate yoga.
